Wonderful extra-large, clear glass, double lay-down scent bottle with brass caps. These double-ended scent bottles were used to hold perfume in one end and smelling salts in the other end. This scent bottle is ten-sided and in very good condition. The glass in the interior of the bottle is fashioned in a manner that creates a beautiful wave design. One end has a screw-on cap and the other is the flip-type lid. There are two minute chips in the glass on the interior on the end that has the flip-type lid. There are no chips or damage on the outside. Dimensions: 5-1/2 inches long and approximately one inch diameter. These were very popular accessories of Victorian ladies. |
