Extra-large flow blue soup bowl in Water Nymph or Nymphae (botanical name for water lily) pattern by Josiah Wedgwood, circa 1850 - 1875. The rim is gently scalloped. The floral design consists of large water lilies and leaves. The large bowl is 10-1/2 inches in diameter. The bowl has the impressed mark Wedgwood and blue underglaze mark Nymphae on the bottom. |
