This Victorian metal mesh purse in very good condition. The engraved frame is marked German Silver. The frame and mesh are in excellent condition with the expected tarnish. The interior of the purse is white or vanilla leather with a small pocket. The leather is in used condition. The frame of the purse is 7-3/8 inches across the top. The mesh portion is 5-3/4 inches by 6 inches (to the tip of one of the scallops). The color in the first two pictures is not accurate - they are, unfortunately, a testament to my photography skills. The fourth picture is a scan and more accurately depicts the color of the bag. |
