This is a wonderful, tiered games table with superior carved paw feet. The top swivels and flips open to a felt covered gaming surface. The felt appears to be original. The top also raises to produce tiers. It is 30 inches wide by 15-7/8 inches deep closed; and 30 inches by 32 inches open. It is 30-1/2 inches tall. This lovely piece has rows of beaded ornamentation around the edge of the table top. The carving on the legs is lovely. There is some beading decoration missing on the back. I would classify this piece as in very good condition considering its age. It has the expected age cracks on the top (bottom portion when opened) and a faint ring mark about 1 inch in diameter. There are also age cracks around the fabric portion. The fabric is torn at the center from opening and closing. There is some staining on the fabric and a few small holes. |
