Beautiful Victorian half-tester bed - perfect for a bed and breakfast. It has reed and turned end posts; raised paneling on foot board. Burl veneer. Dimensions: 7-1/2 feet tall; footboard is 40" tall; finials hanging from the tester are about 5 inches diameter; 50-1/2 inches between finials on top of footboard. Condition: The bed has been refinished and is in very good condition. There are, however, some small cracks, nicks etc. which are to be expected. They are: small piece of veneer missing on top of footboard about 4-1/4 inch long and 1/4 inch wide at widest part tapering to point; small nicks on edge of finials; small piece of molding missing on finial, top left; long running crack on bottom section of footboard; 4-1/4 crack on top molding on side rail; molding missing around back of top back bed post.
